Tds on property purchase

Hi Friends

I need advise, as per Govt new rulling TDS has to be dedcuted by the purchaser if the value is more than 50 lac's. I need to ask if some buy property of 75 Lac jointly by three family members having equal share. So in this case also TDS would be applicable. As each individual share is less than 50 lac.

Please advise at earliest
