Our co is paying photocopy charges to a vendor averaging Rs 15,000/- to 20,000/- p.m. I would like to know whether this paymnet to subject to TDS u/s 194C. Please advise.

Yes it comes under the 194 C & TDS should be deducted.Only the contract which is actually contract for sale does not comes under 194 C.It is not in the nature of sale & so TDS is to be deducted
