Aprat from my salary I'm getting Driver Salary for Rs.7,000/-pm & Car Mnt. for Rs.3,000/-pm. Earlier I had submitted bills and get it by cash. Now, they don't want bills and credit to my salary a/c. my question is how much I can avail TAX exemption with regards to Driver salary & Mnt. exp.?
When driver's salary & Car maintenance have become a part of your Salary, there's nothing much u can do to save tax on that since they form part of your salary as non-monetary perquisites
