As per the conlcusions arrived at from the case of Skycell it is clear that TDS will not be attracted on lease line,telephone charges or for that matter of fact any other service using technology. However i was unaware of this till July and was deducting TDS under section 194J on the bills of various service providers providing services such as lease line, minutes etc. Why did they not object to this? Where am i going wrong?

It would be quite difficulty to say what was their view but since you have deducted tds and deposited the same, they can easily claim that in their IT return. No worry about it and now you stop deducting tds.
