Kapil , In my view no TDS will be deducted , even if it is one time payment., In my view only noneculture of payment has changed , If understand ISDN is on equal footing of the telephone expenses. The fact is that it is only the advance version of the communication technology . Secondly the one time payment made includes the installation also . If you any other view pls revert
