Can any one advise me regarding the following.
Our's is a construction company and we used to take tippers and Tauras on monthly lease rental basis so will it be covered under 194C or 194I i.e Lease of Plant machinery and equipments.
Advise me.

Lease Rentals of P & M covered u/s 194I . Apply rates accordingly .
