Tds on full & final settlement of salary

Dear Friends,

I resigned from my company in feb 14 with one month notice. They withheld my Feb & March salary. Company has paid it as full & final settlement in May 14 without deducting TDS. The Form 16 is issued only upto January 14.

How to give effect to TDS on the settlement amount, as I have to file my Income tax return 13-14.?

Please suggest.

no prob.... just add the final amt to your salary paid upto jan..... take credit of tds deducted.... and pay balance amt. of tax, if any... and then file your return.
