TDS on fixed deposit in bank

Dear Sir

If a person has a fixed deposit in bank where interest earn in fD Rs.33000/-If a person has annual income is less than Taxable income. he did not filed 15 G form because interest income is less than 40K.but he received below SMS from Bank

DEAR CUSTOMER, PLEASE SUBMIT FORM 15G/15H FOR THE FY 2021-22 IF ELIGIBLE AT THE EARLIEST ELSE TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED. PLEASE IGNORE IF ALREADY SUBMITTED: PNB

please suggest What to do in case that means 40K limit has yet not implement in bank.

If you submit 15G/H then there is no problem, but if interest is less than 40000 rupees then there is no requirement for filing 15G/H
Thank you Sir but Sir why bank has sent above SMS to filing 15G
It is compulsory for bank to send this message to every account holder.. It is bank's internal system policy

You can ignore the SMS because your interest income is less than Rs. 40,000. 

No need to submit 15G/H also.

The SMS is sent by the bank to all the customers.

SMS contains words IF ELIGIBLE. In general, banks intimate everyone I think. If not applicable, we may ignore, as already suggested by Puja.
