Hi,
Is TDS applicable for payment made to institute such as IIM, IISC, etc... towards fees for executive education programmes, which is in the nature of training and development.

Yes as per my view of point TDS will be applicable u/s 194J as these institute are providing training & development courses like professionalism courses.
