Is conference all service provided by any private service provider liable to Tds under section 194J of Income Tax Act,1961?

I think it will be liable to deduction of tax u/s 194C @ 2%.
Tax deductible U/s 194C. 1% for Individual n HUF and 2% for others.
Sorry for my first reply. Your Query about TDS on "Conferance Call" Right. As this service fall under the service of telecommunication service, this service provider are exempt from TDS. there is a notification check on net. NO TDS DEDUCTIBLE here.
