Tds on amt paid to clearing & forwarding agent
Dear All!
Please help me in the following query. Should tds be deducted on clearance charges paid to clearing & forwarding agent? If yes, under which section?

2 % if Firm
I think he is collecting Service Tax as well, if yes make sure he files his ST Returns...
Deduct TDS on amount Excluding Service Tax
The entire amount is paid as an advance
