sir I am offering service in Nepal and he pay the amount after TDS deduction then can we claim refund of such amount please do the needful

Dear Akhilesh,
No you cannot claim TDS deducted as it TDS will not appear in your 26AS as deducted by foreign country.

May be its not possible to claim TDS. Call once for better clarification.
yes you can claim by producing foreign tax credit certificate
