Tds not filed by the party
TDS deducted from commission which is received from Beedi contractor, but they have not filed tds for the FY 2019-20. Hence it is not reflected in 26AS. What should I do ? Can I make complaint ?

Just request them one time again if they don't listen then complaint to AO
