zomato has deducted commission and TDS was not dedcuted on the same for f.y 2019-20.
Can i claim the commission expenditure in profit and loss account?

Yes u can claim, as the effect u have to shown the sale of zomato on trading a/c before deducting commission then u show the commission deducted in profit & loss a/c
