I rented to a tenant shop 1 and 2

Shop 1 rent is 30000/Month  and Shop No 2 Is 6000/Month

i am paying TDS for Shop 1

Should i Pay TDS for Shop No 2 since annual rent amount is less than the threshold limit= 6000x12=72000

agreement is one but mentioned shop1 and shop2 seperately.

please advise

If the landlord is same, then yes.

If both shops are seperately purchased and having different identity then you may not pay TDS for Shop 2

No need to pay TDS for shop 2
