tds liability
if a travel agent show in his bill service/ processing fees in addition to ticket charges. whether there is a liability on receiver to deduct TDS on this service fees or not?

TDS deduct on Whole Bill Amt exclude GST Tax Amt
but why tds to be deducted on travel amount? if agent shows service fee separately in his bill then why not on this amount .
