TDS is deducted

Whether TDS would be deducted on below mentioned transaction under section 194I?
Our Company enter into a contract to set a solar system on company roof. Solar company didn't charged anything for setting the plant. But they charged for only how much they electricity will produce from solar system and supply to company at the prescribed rate till 20 years after that solar co. will not charge anything for electricity . And Leave the solar system for co.
