Is there employer employee relation exist betweenn college and professor. If it is not then it is professional income. If it exist then it is salary
Employer-employee relationship does not exists.
Is tds u/s 194J is applicable? what is the threshold limit.
Professional fees. TDS @ 10% if amount>30,000/-
