(1) i(e) i.e Form No. respective form no say 24 Q for Salary and 26Q for others.
(2) (f) Previous Receipt No. it will be blank if you are filing it for the first time, only when you file it revised you need to give the previous receipt no for the same quarter.
(3)Control Totals - Sr. No.- Total .
(4) Annexure enclosed in - CD
