TDS for the month of march A.Y 08-09
can any body confirm what was the deadline limit for the A.Y 08-09 for the month of March for depositing TDS.As far as i knw it was 2 months i.e by 31.5.

i think you can deposit it by 31 May as usual.There is no amendment regarding it.

tds deducted upto 30 mar 7april 08
but deducted on 31 mar 31 may 08
Due date for TDS on account of provision made as on the last day (31st) is 31st May. In case of TDS other than this, it is 7th of following month.
