TDS for contract
If contract is given for providing sound system, lighting, LED Screen, Dance performance of an artist, Orchestra etc. what will be TDS implications in this case. Whether TDS will be deducted u/s 194C for whole contract or for some professional work 194J will be applicable?

Pls check the invoice raised for this .
The invoice is containing the same details as mentioned above i.e. combined invoice is issued.
There are generally two types of registration one works contract , gst registration. If works contract registration is raised the invoice is not composite.It depends on the nature of contract.
194c applicable for this.
