What is the due date for filling TDs return for Q 1 Fy 2020-21.
plz clarify 31 July 2020 Or further extended.

TDS return due date for FY 20-21 1st quarter extended to 31/03/2021 (24Q, 26Q, 27Q & 27EQ).

Extension of various time limits under Direct Tax & Benami laws: CBDT has issued Notification No 35/2020 [S.O. 2033(E)] dated 24th June, 2020 on Taxation & Other Laws, further extending the time limits for various compliances. The saif Notification shall come into force from 30th June, 2020.
