Tds -doubt

Does tds is deducted when payment is made to particular hotel for staying and in an year it exceeds 70000???

If yes ,than kindly tell me under which section????

 TDS is not required to be deducted assuming it has been taken on regular basis as it does not exceed Rs.180000 i.e. the limit placed u/s 194I.

& if taken on irregular basis i.e. one time then no need to deduct TDS whatever the amount you pay. So in your case no TDS deduction required

No tds upto rs 180000
