Hi All,
Today I had received demand letter from ITO, Tds about default of Rs. 1.70K for F.Y 2008-09. But when I recheck all details I have found bank not updated two challan of Rs. 1.12K.
Kindly tell me know what should I do so I can solve this problem.

First you download justification report from TDS CPC to find out error & reason for issuong notice.
For accomodating unfiled challan you will be requird to do correction in that particluar quarters return.
