What is tds deposit due date for tds on immovable property for february , march 2020.

It is 31st March 2020 for TDS Deducted in Feb 2020 & 30th April 2020 for TDS Deducted in the month of 30th May 2020.
It is always 30th of the following month in which TDS is deducted.
If tds not deducted while making payment to seller and whole amount is credited then what will be date of deduction? on feb 23 cheque issued and mar 23 credited to seller but without deducting tds. now i want to pay tds for that what is date of deduction
