Tds default by employer demand notice to employee

i HAD WORKED FOR A HYDERABAD BASED Company , and for FY2011-12 and 12-13 employer has not remitted TDS deducted from salary to IT , Now most of the law abiding employee has got demand notice for payment of TDS.and our employer is silent even with repeated followup in writing and calls and provide no responce.

Can our friends suggest what is the action we have to do to clear this mess.
