TDS deduction on digital signature
what is the TDs rate for digital signature if the amount is Rs.20k or above?

If tds is deducted u/s 194J then tds should not be deducted as amount is less than 30000 rupees
Also 194C is also not applicable

If the amount is 31,500 including gst,then ?
If tds is deducted u/s 194J then tds is to be deducted @ 10% (7.5%) u/s 194J on gross value of invoices
