TDS deducted in third year after bill ,is it okay ?

I raised bills to a party in fy17-18,but party deposited TDS and paid the bills in fy19-20, can I claimed that ,is there is no problem as the income of fy19-20 will be shown more in 26AS.

Do you show the bill income in fy 17-18?
Yes we showed that

You can claim tds 

But there will be a mismatch of income as per 26as and your as per your saying 26as will be more so notice will arise  

And you just have to give proper answer with proof of documents to the notice 

And just recheck the amount that you already taken in 17 -18 fy upon the bill and the bill amount that is shown in 26as is same or not if you shown less n now in 26 as showing more then deducted that much amount  you shown allready and show the rest amount in your current income

 

You can claim TDS if late deduction by party
