Tds deducted by tenant not paid

Hello,

My tenant who is a company deducted TDS on rent back in July and December but has not paid the amount to the government. He will soon be leaving the premises or evicted because of non-payment of rent. How do i get him to pay the amount to the government? Is there somewhere I can place a complaint so the authorities can get my money deposited into my account? I am located in Bangalore south.
