my TDS deducted from salary but it is not being reflected in my 26AS and cpc Bangluru has issued a demand notice for that. FY. 2008-09.pl guide what should be done.

Provide proof of deducted TDS. It is for sure that your employer was not deposited that amount or deposited in wrong PAN.
Hope you are not filling your ITR because if you filled ITR for FY 2008-09 then it was easily traced & corrected on that time.

You have filed your ITR. But your employer has not filed TDS. Login to your account and ask the AO to transfer the case TDS by filing grievance under grievance tab
