Quick Summary
If TDS was deducted at a higher rate (20%) because your PAN wasn't linked to Aadhaar, you can still claim a refund. While it cannot be adjusted or revised in a revised return, you are able to claim the deducted amount by filing your Income Tax Return (ITR). This allows you to claim the credit for the TDS paid.
