How to claim TDS credit, if TDS deducted by the government bodies(CDPO) while filling of ITR
Is there requirement to file a form by the deductee to claim credit..
Please advise for the above case...

What is the section they have deducted your TDS ?. Is it a salary (section 192) .?
no Contact deducting 2.25%
Download your 26AS from Income Tax website and check whether TDS actually deducted. You can find your deducted amount in this form.
