Assessing Officer is not Giving TDS Credit of those certificates for the AY2007-08 ,2008-09 which is not verified by there online system. My Question is
1. whether Assessing Officer has power for the AY 2007-08 ,2008-09 not to give credit of unverified TDs by online system.
2. What is the procedure to get credit of those unverified TDS certificates
You have not mentioned, whether the AO has passed the order u/s 143(1). If it is so you may apply for the rectificaiton of order u/s154.

Order u/s 143(3) has been made, and i have applied u/s 154 also but AO is saying that he can't give credit on unverified TDS (by online system)
