Tds conso file download

I lost all token number, challan for previous years but I need to download TDS conso file for correction. Is it possible to download TDSconso file of previous years by using DSC? . My DDO/officer keeps on changing for every year so pan no. i.e. "Name and designation of person responsible for deducting / collecting tax at source" is also different for every year. Please help.
