Dear frds/ experts,
One of our client has not filed TDs for the F.Y.2020-21....we also informed our client about this. But they haven't filed it yet....now due date is going to end for Income tax return...In this case, how can we claim this TDs deducted amount??? Plz kindly advice on this.

Ask him for TDS certificate. And request him to submit their return otherwise refund should be taken from that client of the amount which they deducted in name of tds
U can file income tax return and claim the TDS amount.
