Can some body let me know the amount of TDS to be deducted for services (IP Communicatiom - VoIP) imported from USA. Is it free from Tax Under DTAA ?

Dear Kiran,
in the case of non-resident, TDS is deducted the amount of tax. no specific percentage prescribed in it. generally I say that TDS will not deduct. please send me full detail about transaction and agreement with party if any so that i can help you my email id is sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com

The same shall not be tacxable if the foreign Company doesn't have PE in India.
