Does TDS applicable on stall booking charges in exhibition. Amount paid is Rs.9 Lakhs for 4 days exhibition.

TDS U/s 194 I is applicable if the rent is more then 120000 (annual composite value for each space provider).
After amendment in the TDS Laws:
TDS U/s 194 I is applicable if the rent is more then 180000 (annual composite value for each space provider).
