Tds applicability
We have given contract to Ad-agency to make a film for companies product. Company will use the same to telecast using other agencies. In this regards, TDS is applicable u/s 194C or 194J (Technical services)

It is depending up on your contract between your company and ad agency. If you producing film the ad agnecy is providing you any professional services or any consultancy services then it will be U/s 194J. If you have given entire film to make to ad agency then it will be 194C.
