To make payment for installation of Softwre in the office as per the specification of the company whether it is required to deduct TDS ?

If the supplier has raised separate bill for Installation Charges and any professional fees, it is required to deduct TDS.
or if he mentioned separately as installation charges in same bill , you can deduct TDS
