dear friend

there is many sections which is applicble on individual.plz read act for this or wait for other replies.i don't have any note sfor this.

TDS is to be deducted by Individual if Tax Audit is applicable to him last Previous year.That is, if the turnover of the business from the last year exceeds Rs.40 lakhs or income from Services/profession exceeds Rs.10 lakhs.

be specific dear, there are lots of provision where individual fall in category of TDS.
