Let me introduce my self,My name is D J Nagendra working as an accounts executive in an Pvt Organisation.
I want to know weather we can claim the TDS amount dedcuted in the previovs year (2009-10) next preious year (2010-11)
Please clarify is that possible to claim

No TDS if deducted for P.Y. 2009-10 then you have to utilize it in that year only or you can claim refund. But TDS can not be carry forward until and unless income on which it is deducted is also carry forward in the same ratio under section 194I i.e. in case of TDS on rent.
