Dear All experts,
Is there any ammendment in TDS like this that till the payment day of next month that is 7th of the next month any TDS being deducted till 7th will be included in last month return and have to pay that deducted amount of tds till 7th.?????

there is no such amendment .
TDS Deducted up to 30th should be deposited upto 7 th of next month. 7 th day is the last day we can deposit the amount of TDS on 1 day of the month also.
same is applicable in return (Quaterly) also.
