if any person deducted and deposited tds on same day , Is there any problem?
I mean date of payment is 06-12-2012, tds dedcted and deposited on same day 06-12-2012 , is it correct,?
otherwise we have to deposit the deducted amount after end of december upto 07-01-2013.

Keep one rule that if you have deposited tax in the department, now no problem at all..
iss desh ki government ko paisa chaiye... bas vo mil jaye.. baki sab kuch adjust ho jata hai.. not a problem...
Due date given in the law is the last date by which you may deposit the tax. You may deposit the TDS any time before the due date even on the date of deduction.

As Sourabh pointed out, as long as the govt gets the money, you are safe. You can even pay TDS in advance if you want and have excess cash in your account!!!
