invoice issued or payment made which ever is earlier, tds needs to deducted @ 10% u/s 194j
how to treat threshold limit 30000?
if invoice value is 30,000 (single) so deduct tds 10%

Please confirm r u asking about employee salary or professional fees..
Employee salary cover u/s 192 and professional fees cover u/s 194J..
