The reduced TCS rate of 0.75% was announced on 13th May 2020 and became applicable from 14th May 2020. This concessionary rate was in effect for tax deducted or collected between 14th May 2020 and 31st March 2021.

It is from the next date of annoucement. It means it is applicable for all invoices or payment made on or after 14th may 20.

Finance minister has announced the same on dated 13.05.2020, which is applicable from Dated 14.05.2020

This concession in the rate shall be available for the tax deducted or collected between 14-05-2020 till 31-03-2021.
