I am doing audit of a manufacturing concern. The raw material metal sheets are cut for making finished products. The remaining part(it is scrap for my client) of the sheet is sold to outside parties(it is raw material for the outside parties). My client does not consider the remaining part as scrap and hence does not collect TCS???
Is this policy correct????
