If TCS is collected on 23rd march 2019 and the same is paid after 7th april, whether interest at 1.5% per month is applicable???

MARCH MONTH TCS DUE DATE IS 07-APRIL SO YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT ON 07-APRIL. NO INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED BY CPC.
