Hi my friend is a salaried employee. She is writing a blog and got a pretty good amount from advertisement through Google Adsense also. I would like to know Income from Google Adsense will come under which Head of Income under Income Tax ? Whether it can be treated under Sec 44AD? Which ITR form should be used for filing return.

As it can be considered to be a professional activity, such income from blog writing will be considered as income from profession.
You can file ITR 4 in such case. If you like to go for 44AD - presumptive income, you need to file ITR 4S.
