i am salaried employee in psu now posted in London for 2 yrs wef.29oct 2018. what is my taxability in india and UK. do i still need to file my return of income upto oct 2018? pl advice

- if you are going out side India (for the purpose of employment)for first time (on 29th Oct, 2018),then
for AY 2019-20(PY-from 1st April, 2018 to 31st March, 2019)
stay in India is more then 181 days during the previous year - you are resident & ordinarily resident
you income from 1st April, 2018 to 31st march, 2019 (income from India as well as income from London) is TAXABLE IN INDIA
for subsequent AY it is taxable as per your residential status
