Tax treatment of income after transfer
If the husband gives a part of his income to his wife. is he liable to pay tax on income after transfer or he is to pay tax on the whole income before transfer?

u have to pay tax in all incomes generated from the amount trf to wife (clubbed)
What kind of income is transferred.?
Kindly elaborate.
If income is visible in your 26 AS you will be fully taxable even if u transfer.
